after changing the spark plugs in a 2007 lincoln town car, what else could cause it to jerk and hesitate?

my 2007 lincoln is slightly jerking and acts like it does not want to take the gas, i have used gas treatments and changed the spark plugs, it starts shaking sometime around about 45MPH, i think it is getting worst. someone please let me know something ASAP

  • You need to put it on a scanner and read the trouble code OK, something smells here. People with 2 year old Town Cars aren't changing spark plugs and asking Yahoo Answers about a car that is almost certainly still under factory warranty. Spark plugs are good for 100,000 miles now..
