1996 grand am 2.4 wont turn over with key but have power?

  • sounds like the power wire to the starter is missing you can try runing 2 wires from the starter up to a push start button you mount in the dash!!! easy simple fix, same thing as the screwdriver trick but no damage to the conectors on the starter!!!
