I have a 2001 Mazda 626 and i need to know where the gas tank is located beneath the vehicle??

I just need to know where, beneath the car, it is located...I went to autozone and the salesmen said i can hit the tank with a rubber mallet a little bit, just enough for the fuel pump can unclog and pump enough gas for the car to start
