How would I rev a 2002 Lexus Rx300? ?

I'm not sure how to do it. After starting can i just push the gas pedal when it's in park?

  • And you would need to rev it....why? Revving doesn't do anything. Just makes your engine sound obnoxious (note: Not cool, just obnoxious), and can help in overheating your engine. Totally pointless. Otherwise, just hit the brake, and hit the gas at the same time. Enjoy the damage you do to your vehicle.
  • For a very short time. Neutral rev limiter (and park as well) is programmed to kick in at 3000 RPMs or so.
  • put it in neutral then hit the gas
