Is 2002 VW Passat GLX V6 worth buying?

What do you think about VW Passat 2002 GLX. Is this car worth buying? I love the looks, the previous owner has had all service maintenance done. I'm a 24 year old girl and don't want to spend a lot of time and money repairing the car, though..
