  • your engine is turning at like 6000 RPM THATS REALLY BAD I take it your car is or was a automatic. did you try to drive it in 2? if you take the shifter and put it in the 2 posission it may still drive try ti start out in 1 and about 3-4000 rpm up shift to 2 if that works try 3 some times the manuel body in the trans...   • Something's sticking. 6000 rpm is no big deal in a 626, but it's way over the usual shift points. First, look at your transmission fluid. If it looks like anything other than strawberry soda, dump it and get a fresh fill.
