where is the computer plug for the code reader located on a 1991 ford ranger with a 3.0 v6?

cant find the plug to plug in a code ready hellp!!!

  • SVOMAN you let me down, rare I must say. It's under the dash as required by law. pre 1986 rangers have it under the hood.
  • It's a fairly large (~1.5"), black, D-shaped plug just under the dash to the right of the steering column. Good luck!
