what rpm do toyota yaris' & smart fortwos cruise at for best mpg?

  • For best mileage, the proper method is to run at a constant 90 km per hour (U may want to convert to mile) over a same distance. However, U may want to measure by the amount of fuel consumed over a same distance on city - highway driving mode. RPM of the engine (basing on the tachometer reading) is not recommended. :D
