1999 Ford Expedition Heater Blows Cold?

The heater in the front doesn't work but the back heat does. What is going on?

  • Blend door or blend door actuator motor. I have replaced a few... it seems to be a common problem with certain Ford models. The door will not move from a cold position to the hot position... it sticks and allows only cold air thru. Good luck, either of those are NOT fun to replace. Read More
  • You need a new heater core. Get ready to fork over some dough sorry.
  • it is your heater core but just replace it yourself its fairly difficult though
