  • I would guess it is a problem with your phone. I have not had a problem with the 7-series bluetooth retaining contacts using several phones (HTC PPC-6600, Motorola Q, Blackberry 8830, Blackberry Storm).   • hi there i would just try simply deleting the pairing to the car and repair as this can sort it out, certain phones wont auto connect all depends on the software on the phone and the phone itself. (the best phone to work with any bmw bluetooth is the old 6230) Reference:BMW technician
