  • The front calliper on the offending wheel has most likely seized and so only one side of the pads is rubbing. The calliper needs to come off and be freed and lubricated or may have to be replaces as do the pads both sides and possibly the discs both sides.   • To do a quick check on your drivers side caliper for correct operation. After a run in the car, stop and check for heat in the front road wheel centres, if one side is much hotter than the other, you have a brake problem on that side. (don't dive right into hot brakes with your hands, things could get really hot)
  • you should take it to your local bmw dealer and see what they think
