  • I would imagine both gearboxes are very similar as VW & Audi are part of the same group of companies VAG. If the gearbox was built to with stand 130 BHP then that's what it will handle where ever the 130 BHP is coming from.   • The gearbox would not alter the bhp of your car, but if the ratios were different then it would affect the way the car puts the power down. at the same time thou, Vw and Audi are the same company so may be the same box anyway. Did the car feel any different to YOU when You drove it?
  • Hi ya, both gear boxes will be able to take 130bhp, the difference is that the gear ratios will be different in the 2 gear boxes.
  • i'm thinking being that audi and vw are way different it is hard to tell if the gearbox will adjust
