2002 GMC envoy noises in front wheel,i think.?

My wife's Envoy makes this noise when is`t in motion and idles a bit rough,the wheels are not loose and it sounds like the tires are off road style,but they are not.it is also four wheel drive.need help,it`s driving her crazy
