Looking at 2005 Ford Escape, 77000 miles, feel a vibration in brake pedal at moderate speeds, not like ABS.?

Could be brake rotors, but what about master cylinder? Is this a safety issue and will it be expensive to repair?

  • Yes a rotor is warped they can either be turned if there still thick enough or buy new ones and it doesn't cost that much to fix.The master cylinder has nothing to do with what you are feeling in the brake pedal.
  • i own one and it is the front rotors. i still drive it 60 miles everyday but it is something you should get changed. the rotors are kinda expensive
