In a 2003 Saab 9-3, why does the blue light not turn on the dash when you turn the highbeam on?

  • Most likely, the light in the dashboard burnt out and needs to be replaced. Otherwise it is an electrical short (there were a number of them on the 2003 model, but not usually the high beam light) that needs to be repaired. Reference:Work on cars Read More
  • Is it an '03 sedan or convertible? Do the high beams actually turn on and stay on or do they flash but go back off when you release the lever? Does the blue light flash with the lever or not come on at all? Give me that info. and I can help you more.
