1999 Chevrolet Cavalier RS 2DR Coupe engine?

I need to know if there is anything in the way from the bottom of dropping the oil pan, everything is stock. I need to change my bearings but I don't know if there is anything in the way of the oil pan.

  • Good luck changing the bearings. The ones in the caps can be changed, but how do you plan on getting to the ones under the crank, while the crank is still supported by the timing cover, not to mention the rear main seal adapter and flyhweel, etc. With that being said, what's already been mentioned is in the way , not...   • Chances are, if you are concerned about getting to the bolts of the oil pan, this is most likely, a job you should not be doing.   • Get the starter out of the way, and take the 2 exhaust pipe bolts out so you can pull down the pipe a little..
