How reliable is a used high mileage 2006 Subaru Impreza?

I've done my research and this seems like a ridiculously good deal. It's a 2006 Impreza with 63,000 miles going for a little over 10,000 when the Kelley value is 17,000. So I would like to know if any 2006 Impreza owners have had problems appear when the miles started... Read More

  • If it's a 2.5i then that's about what it's worth. If it's a WRX than that's pretty cheap and I would be suspicious. Either one will last anywhere from now to 250,000 trouble free depending on how it's maintained. I have had a couple Subaru's both ran well over 100,000 with not an issue and I drove them really hard... Read More
  • If it's the turbo engine, make sure it's not blowing oil. If it's the NA engine, it's a steal.
