Were is the kill Switch on a 2003 ford Ranger?

Ok my friend rear ended someone today and his friend owns a body shop that is going to fix it because only the bumper was damaged but they do not know were the kill switch is to reset it to were they can get the truck started dose anyone know were the switch is?
