2007 Ford Explorer air conditioning?

I bought this suv this spring. Nice, everything works fine but the air conditioning seems to be fading. Could it just need to be re-charged.

  • You can go to a auto parts strore like Kragen, Autozone, PepBoys and buy a can of 'R-134a' refrigerant with a hose and pressure gauge attached. I think they cost about $20 for a can.   • Take it to a small ac shop in town, they will check the charge on it for you.. Alternately go buy a ac charge kit and check the charge yourself.
