  • Either a large 'channel lock' plyers or a very, very blunt and large screw driver and a hammer. I have yet to break one and i've done plenty. Yes they are plastic. I place the blunt screw driver on a tooth and tap. I prefer the channel locks. Mine are like 2' long and open plenty wide to fit around it.
