I drive a 2007 Hyundai Elantra and I am having problems with my Iphone having interference when its plugged in?

The problem is when I have it plugged into the charger and I am playing it through the Aux jack. I get quite a bit of interference, and I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and if there is a way to eliminate it.
