a/c control on Jeep Liberty only works on high setting, others settings like off?

  • Sounds like the blower motor resistor. The first three settings of the fan go thru resistors. Each resistor (all in one part) has less resistance than the next allowing more power to get thru which in turn allows the fan to blow at faster and faster speeds.   • I have a GM that had the same problem. It was the fan relay. Should be the same problem.
