I own a 2001 Acura MDX. The gear shift is stuck. It wont move out of park. I have my foot on the brake. Help!?
This has never happened before. Its like something is keeping the gear shift from moving out of park. I've turned it off and back on again, and the parking brake is not engaged. Please help.

There should be a shift lock release on older models it was just a slot to put your key into. There may be a panel on the shifter etc. that has the release on it.
