Is a 2004 Saab 9-3 Arc a good car for a teen?

I will be getting my daughter a car when she graduates. She keeps saying she wants a 2004 Saab 9-3 Arc Convertible in Lime Yellow. Its a cute car. I believe it's the perfect for her. She will be 17... is it a good car for her??? How will it be on insurance??? T.I.A.
