Vibrating noise from 2006 saab 9-3 2.0T?

I am hearing a vibrating, almost a grinding noise, coming from the engine in any gear when accelerating, unless the turbo is at 2/3 or more, so I am guessing it might be something to do with my turbo. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
