Hello, I have a 2007 Volvo xc90 Yesterday, I had a message pop up that tells me "Bulb Failure Position Light."?
The owners manual does not list a "position" bulb. And, as far as we can tell, no exterior light are out. Can you tell me what that is?

Volvo is notorious for bulb failure in the rear lamps. Actually it is a socket problem rather than a bulb problem. Try slamming the tailgate and it should jar it enough to cause the message to go away.

Exterior lamp is burnt out some where. Most usually one of the two bulbs in each tail lamp assembly

Turn all your lights on, including fog lights if you have them. And look around the car for a blown bulb.
