They never resolved it - you will need to have the electronic/electrical parts replaced - best bet is to find one in a scrapyard because they cost a fotrune from the main dealer. • erm take it to a main dealer. Ask them to tell you whats wrong then fix it yourself. They only charge for the repair not the diagnosis. good luck
• I think the motor is hanging up and not allowing the lock to release. Your going to have to take the door apart or have the shop do it.
