2002 Dodge Caravan headlamp shorted out?

A friend of mine has had this minivan to the Dodge dealer. The left headlamp bulb has been replaced 2 times and still does not come on except when it's raining outside but as soon as everything dries up the headlamp goes off and stays off (at least until it rains again)... Read More

  • you need to check the ground on it also when its damp the moisture causes it do make a ground and work,when it dries out it don't and eventually makes it blow a fuse for the light or blow the bulb out,i have ran across this problem before,you have to take and check the wiring harness under the hood all the way up to...
