  • Totally not typical for a car from Toyota or when we consider mileage. Oil will not be a factor. Very cold weather will always have an affect, usually slowing cranking.   • The entire time your driving? Try letting it warm up for about 5 min before you start driving
  • your car is still under warranty! take it to the dealer and let one of us see what's going on. Reference:toyota technician
