  • Being the owner of my own shop I would recommend trying to find WHERE he got these repairs done. They should keep records on the car for their own future reference.   • don't take his word for the belt being changed and if it was did they change tentioner & idler which is always best .. you can get in a kit..that contains the belt tentioner idler etc if the belt dose go its a major job.. get all oil steam cleaned off engine... check level of auto oil. clean... clear oil... burnt oil...
