2007 Chrysler Sebring has a "clunking" noise when I turn?

mostly noticable when going slower than faster. Any ideas on what this could be?

CV joints usually "pop" when you are turning, so I don't think that is the problem unless the boot protecting the CV joint is missing and has been missing for an extended period of time.   • It could be something as simple as a wheel cover, but on the other hand it could also be a bad strut. Best is to have someone with mechanical knowledge evaluate it.
  • I"ve had this noise on my plymouth breeze and it turned out to be my idler arm and rocker arm which controlls the steering. or your cv boot
  • Powersteering fluid? (Shot in the dark...go see your mechanic)
