How to install a Hydrogen unit in a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander?

Well I got a unit, form ebay, and I did not know that you have to do something like the o2 extenders or something like it. If some one could help me out how to install it, also just letting you know It is a gasoline car not a diesel. Thanks Guys, hope I get some answers
