2007 audi a6 mmi bluetooth.?

I have just purchased a 2007 audi a6 and it does not have a gsm phone prep in armrest.I am wondering can I fit a second hand mmi with bluetooth and fit the shark fin antenna?Would this give me bluetooth or do I have to change something else? Where would I get these parts?

    color mmi but no blue tooth

    Hi I have a audi a6 model is 2007 a6 quattro with a colour mmi interface but it does not have bluetooth or the shark fin antenna on the roof. I would want to install blutooth and the antenna pls help
