TheCarConnection.com (TCC) is the Web's Automotive Authority , offering a complete editorial source for news and reviews, spy shots and shopping guides, tips and expert advice. TCC also publishes several opt-in e-mails, including the insider's bible, Daily Edition, along with the smart shopper's handbook, Weekly Car Guide.

Launched in January 1997, TCC has won more awards than any other automotive source online. The site took home seven medals from the 2003 International Automotive Media Awards, a highly-valued prize drawing the global best among automotive media - including a gold medal for its auto show  coverage. The IAMA also has declared TCC's Daily Edition "Best of the Web." TCC has captured a series of firsts in the prestigious Wheels Award, among the most respected of auto journalism honors. In 2003, TCC went 1-2-3 in the Internet category, despite unprecedented competition. And TheCarConnection has repeatedly topped the balloting in judging by its peers at the Society of Professional Journalists, earning more than a dozen awards in recent years.

Looks matter, too

Site design and functionality have earned TCC additional honors, including the Golden Web Award, "presented to  those sites whose web design, originality and content have achieved levels of excellence deserving of recognition."

Readers and even TCC's competitors have also weighed in.  Using little more than word of mouth, TCC has become one of the most popular sources of automotive editorial online. And it provides syndicated content to a variety of other electronic outlets.

TheCarConnection is a truly collaborative effort with a network of more than 50 contributors from around the world. These include TCC's founder and publisher, Paul A. Eisenstein , who also contributes to The Economist,  National Public Radio, Popular Mechanics and other news outlets. Executive Editor Marty Padgett is a widely seen and heard correspondent whose work has appeared in Details, Men's Health, AutoWeek, and Stuff magazines.  For a closer look at the TCC Team, visit our bios  section.

This network permits TheCarConnection to cover every aspect of the automotive industry. No other source breaks more news. That's essential to industry insiders. Yet TCC also provides the unbiased news and reviews, shopping tips and spy shots that keeps both the automotive enthusiast abd the "average" consumer coming back time and again.

TheCarConnection is the Web's Automotive Authority.
