The Quest minivan gets a makeover for '07 that includes a new instrument panel and dash layout, new center console and revised exterior panels, including new front and rear treatments designed for a cleaner, less modernist look than before. Bluetooth hands-free communication technology is also now available and the '07 Quest can be ordered with an MP3-capable audio system and auxiliary audio input for iPods. It continues to be powered by a 235-horsepower version of the same 3.5-liter, DOHC V-6 used in both the Maxima and Altima, tied to a standard five-speed automatic. The big V-6 provides ample torque, giving the large (seven-passenger/three-row) Quest confident acceleration and passing power. All 2007 Quests receive tire-pressure monitors as well as active head restraints and an available rearview monitor that comes on whenever the vehicle is put into reverse. Rear Sonar Assist now comes standard on all but base 3.5 models for '07. XM or Sirius radio can be ordered, along with a 265-watt, 10-speaker audio system, optional 19-inch wheels and run-flat tires. The '07 Quest retains its signature Skyview fixed roof panels.
